BESPOKE DESIGN
We offer a complete bespoke design service for engagement rings and other specially made pieces tailored to your budget and brief.
This includes the sourcing of stones all the way through to the final design and finished piece. We are able to offer a to-scale bespoke design drawing or CAD (computer aided design) image and 3D print of your piece if desired. We invite you to visit our by appointment only showroom in Shoreditch to talk through your ideas and the design process. Alternatively, we can arrange a meeting over Zoom if you are an international or out of town client. We uphold the highest standards of design and craftsmanship for all our bespoke jewellery, whatever the budget.
In addition we offer a free MOT within 12 months from collection of your bespoke piece to make sure your jewellery is always looking its best and a free re-size within 6 months of collection.
Whilst we are very happy to work with family stones within our remodelling process we do not work with other suppliers stones in our bespoke design process.
Please note bespoke goods cannot be returned, as they have been made to measure to
the client’s exact specifications.
REMODELLING
If you have an existing piece of jewellery that you have fallen out of love with; whether it is a family heirloom or an old birthday gift we can redesign and remodel any piece into something that you will treasure. We can provide full design guidance or adapt any ideas you might already have.

WEDDING RINGS, ETERNITY RINGS AND SIGNET RINGS
We offer a wide range of wedding bands, eternity and signet rings.
Whether it’s a simple gold band, a bespoke stone-set eternity ring or fitted wedding band or a gold seal engraved signet ring, we have a large range of options and are more than happy to discuss any particular requests or enquiries you might have.
Jewellery Repairs and Check-ups
Bear Brooksbank offers a free of charge re-size within the first 6 months on all bespoke rings and an annual MOT for all bespoke jewellery, free of charge within the first 12 months upon collection to make sure your jewellery is always looking its best, then starting from £100 for a re-size and £65 for an MOT per year thereafter. For non BB rings a re-size starts at £125 and an MOT at £95.
We offer all types of repairs: ring re-sizing, metal cleaning, engraving, restringing, gemstone polishing and full restoration. A good clean and refurbishment can give a favourite piece a whole new lease of life.
All repairs start from £100.
